Paul Anderson

Known for his quick-cut editing style and lush, visually beautiful scenery, this director concentrates his attention on action films, either pure or sci-fi. He also has a number of video game and/or comic book adaptations under his belt.
His debut was the controversial Shopping in 1994, starring Jude Law and Peewee. This was an extremely violent film of thieves running a car into shop windows, and was not shown in his native England, although it was a direct-to-video in the United States, slightly edited.
He graduated from Warwick University in the United Kingdom, is engaged to the model/actress Milla Jovovich (star of Resident Evil, a film he directed), and is now working on the adaptation of the popular "Dark Horse" comic book thriller Alien Vs. Predator.
