Lucy Liu
Born December 2, 1968 - Queens, New York
This sleek, introspective beauty grew up in New York City and attended New York University, but did not like it and moved to the University of Michigan.
Very energetically she filled her non-study time with dance, fine arts, and acting. Graduating with a degree in Chinese Language and Culture, she decided to pursue acting on a full-time basis and moved to LA. She started off in TV, slowing moving to the silver screen in small roles.
She is perhaps best known for her role in the Charlie's Angels series, but she also has stared in such movies as Payback, Play It to the Bone and the comedy Shanghai Noon.
Personal Quote: "I grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens, with no money. I was taught not to take anything for granted. If you are too busy being a diva or freak then you aren't enjoying it."
