Demi Moore
Born November 11, 1962 - Roswell, New Mexico
Demi Moore has had a fractured life. Her childhood was in a constant state of moving and turmoil, and she quit school at 18 to become a pin-up girl.
Her first taste of fame was on the TV series General Hospital, but she ran into problems with drugs and was fired. After she cleaned up, however, she became a sought after actress and big box office draw.
She is perhaps best known for 1990's Ghost, her vamp pictures in the mid '90s, and more serious roles later in the decade. She was also married to Bruce Willis for 12 years.
She continues to receive royalties from songs she wrote before turning to acting, and she owns her own production company, Moving Pictures.
Personal Quote: "Time is an amazing equalizer. I think if you stay true to yourself and keep moving forward, things come around."
