Oh, yeah! Harrison Ford stars as Indiana Jones, an archeologist/adventurer, a rather sedate professor by day (or at least between trips) and an acrobatic, exciting treasure/artifact hunter by night. It seems that the evil Nazis are searching for the legendary Lost Ark of the Covenant, obviously for nefarious and world-dominating purposes. The Allies turn to Dr. Jones for help. And boy, does he! In a series of exciting adventures, he manages to track down the Nazis, finds where the Ark is hidden, battle vicious snakes, and even hook up with a scrapper of an ex-girlfriend named Marion (Allen).
This is definitely a rip-roaring good time of a ride, briskly rolling through any number of countries, cities, old caves, and desert wastes, heaping loads of action in the process. The acting is top-notch, with Ford bringing to colorful life Dr. Jones, who mixes both brain and brawn to defeat the baddies. This is a old-fashioned Saturday morning adventure cliffhanger series brought into the modern age. No action fan should be without this gem.
